I studied photography for three years at the Institute for Contemporary Photography (Gendai Shashin Kenkyuujo) in Tokyo, Japan, and completed the one-year certificate program at the International Center of Photography in New York City. My photos of Mt. Washington are in the permanent collection of the Kiyosato Museum in Japan. I have won several awards for scenic and documentary photography. In addition, I have taught classes in photography and digital imaging at the International Center of Photography and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
